We have support of advanced technology that has transformed our casting unit truly into a state of the art venture. We use equipment like LIP Axis Titling Furnace, 5 M. Ton Overhead Crane to take up single piece casting of 500 kgs, Jolt Squeeze Type Moulding Machines for higher and better production, Spectrometer for accuracy of chemical composition, Shot Blasting , Vacuum Impregnator plants for better quality and service. We have set a new plant that operates with a high degree of automation, computerization, and support systems, with an installed capacity of 360 M.Ton per annum, to ensure quality workmanship and personal service resulting in 85% on-time delivery rate.
